We want you to enjoy a safe, secure, and positive rental experience. To that end, we encourage residents to activate their personal Tenant Portal . Here, you can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders, and even schedule, pay and track rent payments securely online. Choose from a selection of payment options.

Should you encounter a routine property maintenance issue, please use our online system to notify us. We will schedule your issue for a prompt resolution. In case of an emergency where a tenant's safety or a property may be at risk, please call 911, then immediately call the office at (805) 439-3529 or Liz Lee at (805) 459-1787.

We work hard to keep our properties well-maintained and appreciate the help of our residents in doing the same. Please respect our managed property, be a good neighbor, and leave common areas as they were found.
